LedgerCore

Keep decisive identity and lifecycle evidence without pretending evidence proves the claim inside it.

LedgerCore is the evidence layer for ECZ-ID: lifecycle events and eligible receipts, kept as local records in an append-only history that helps a reviewer understand what was recorded and when. Ledger anchoring is not live yet.

The problem

Why it matters.

Reviewers ask what was true at a point in time. Screenshots and email threads cannot show that a record was not altered afterwards, so the same evidence is rebuilt for every review.

Built for

  • Teams that need a durable evidence trail behind identity and lifecycle decisions.
  • Security, procurement and audit reviewers who need more than a current-state screenshot.
  • Operators that want one evidence pattern across all seven Passport families.

What changes

  • A more reviewable history of important identity and lifecycle events.
  • Receipts that can be re-checked later.
  • Less dependence on screenshots, email trails and disconnected evidence folders.

What you receive

Concrete deliverables, not a vague trust score.

  • Canonical lifecycle evidence for eligible events.
  • Evidence stored as local records; ledger anchoring is not live yet.
  • Retention and evidence access according to the active TrustOps entitlement.
  • Links between evidence and the ECZ-ID subject it belongs to.

How it works

A short path from need to something usable.

  1. An eligible ECZ-ID event occurs.

  2. The evidence record is written with its context and timestamp.

  3. The entry is stored as a local record; ledger anchoring is not live yet.

  4. A reviewer can inspect the evidence trail alongside current Resolver state.

How it relates to your Passport

Every free Passport keeps essential lifecycle evidence in LedgerCore. Paid tiers extend receipts and retention for the entities you operate, according to the entitlement held in TrustOps.

Use cases

  • Showing an enterprise reviewer when a binding or publisher change was recorded.
  • Keeping ownership and lifecycle events reviewable after the fact.
  • Replacing an evidence folder with receipts that can be re-checked.

After purchase

  1. TrustOps acquires

Configure and buy in TrustOps, which owns payment and entitlement.

  2. Dashboard operates

The entitlement appears in your Dashboard, where you operate it.

  3. Resolver proves

Public facts stay on the Resolver; buying never changes what a record proves.

Privacy, security and evidence

What is collected, published and kept.

  • A record is not proof that the statement inside it is true.
  • Retention and access follow the active TrustOps entitlement.
  • LedgerCore is evidence infrastructure, not a legal opinion or audit certification.

Boundaries

The claims stop here.

  • A record shows what was recorded and when; it does not make the statement true.
  • LedgerCore is evidence infrastructure, not a legal opinion or audit certification.

Integrations and questions

Works with what you already run.

  • Dashboard: browse the evidence trail per entity.
  • Resolver: current public state sits beside the historical trail.
  • PulseGuard: decisive evaluations can be kept as evidence.
Does a LedgerCore record prove my claim is true?
No. It shows what was recorded and when. What the item says is still yours to stand behind.
Is anything included free?
Yes. Essential lifecycle evidence is kept for every free Passport.
